1. Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)

  • Once the DSC is issued and downloaded, no refund or return is allowed.

  • If the application is rejected due to document issues or user errors, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges (₹100–₹300).

  • Refund requests must be made before the DSC is approved or processed.


2. USB Tokens (e.g., ProxKey, ePass)

  • USB Tokens are non-returnable once delivered or used.

  • If the token is damaged or defective on delivery, a replacement will be provided only if:

    • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

    • The product is unused and returned with original packaging

  • Return shipping cost (if applicable) is to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.


3. Business Registration Services

(e.g., Private Limited, GST, MSME, FSSAI)

  • Once your registration process has started or government filings are made, no refund will be issued.

  • If you cancel before document filing, a partial refund may be given after deducting professional/processing fees.

  • Government and third-party charges are non-refundable.


4. Website, Software, and CRM Services

  • Refunds can be requested within 7 days of payment, provided no work has started.

  • If work is already initiated (planning, design, development), a partial refund may be approved based on the completion stage.

  • Domain and hosting charges are non-refundable.


5. Training & Consultation

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.


6. Duplicate Payments

  • Any duplicate or excess payment made by error will be refunded within 7–10 business days upon request and verification.


📦 Return Process (for Physical Items Only)

To return a defective USB token or item:

  1. Email us at info@apiinfotech.com with order ID, issue description, and photo/video proof.

  2. If approved, return instructions will be shared.

  3. Item must be unused and returned in original condition within 7 days of approval.


💳 Refund Mode & Timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank) within 7–10 working days.

  • Refund status updates will be shared via email or WhatsApp.


Refund/Return Denials

We reserve the right to reject refund or return requests if:

  • The service or product has already been delivered.

  • Damage is due to misuse or user error.

  • Terms and conditions are violated.

  • The return window has expired.
