Business Registration Process
- Choose a Business Structure:
- Determine the type of business entity that best suits your needs (e.g., sole proprietorship, partnership, LLP, private limited company).
- Register the Business Name:
- Select a unique business name and check its availability.
- For companies, ensure the name is not similar to existing registered names.
- Obtain Digital Signatures:
- For online registration, obtain digital signatures for the authorized signatories or partners.
- Apply for Business Registration:
- Sole Proprietorship: Register with the local municipal authority or get a Trade License.
- Partnership: Draft a Partnership Deed and register with the Registrar of Firms.
- LLP: Submit the LLP registration application along with the LLP Agreement to the MCA.
- Private/Public Limited Company: File the incorporation documents with the MCA, including MOA and AOA.
- Obtain PAN and GST Registration:
- Apply for a PAN card for the business.
- Register for Goods and Services Tax (GST) if applicable.
- Register for Additional Licenses (if required):
- Depending on the business type and location, additional licenses such as health permits, environmental clearances, or industry-specific approvals may be required.
- Verification and Approval:
