Digital Signature certificate also known as DSC is a legally valid signature certificate used for online document authentication in online transactions.

What are the types of Digital Signatures Certificate?

There are two types of Digital Signature Certificate –

  1. Class 2 Digital Signature Certificate.
  2. Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate.
Use of Class 2 Digital Signature?

Class 2 Signature Certificate(DSC) is mainly used for return filing and registration. Class 2 DSC is the best certificate for GST, Income Tax, MCA, EPFO, etc portal registration and returns filing.

What is the use of class 3 digital Signature Certificate?

Class 3 Digital Signature certificate is a highly secured and safe certificate, This certificate mostly used for Online Tender / Bidding submission, the best certificate for e-auction, trademark registration.

How to apply for digital signature certificates?
  1. Select Digital Signature as per requirement – class 2 and class 3.
  2. Enter billing details and make online payment
  3. You will receive Form/Verification links on mobile and email
  4. Complete your verifications – email, mobile, and video verification
  5. Your DSC certificate takes 10-20 mins. for approval

  • Pan card / Pan card Number of applicant
  • Address proof of the applicant
  • Email id and Mobile no.
  • Organization Documents & Form ( If apply for organization DSC)
How do I get a digital signature certificate?

After the digital signature is approved & Downloaded, it sent by courier or speed post to the delivery address given by you.

How long takes to delivery?

Delivery of digital signature is mainly done within 3 to 4 days and it also depends on your delivery address.

How will the payment be made for digital signature?

You can pay online for a digital signature on our website or you can also make online UPI / Wallets payment.

Can I pay later for digital signature?

No, to apply for Digital Signature Certificate one needs to pay first.

Can I get a refund if decide to cancel after application submitted?

No, Api Infotech doesn’t provide any refund of fee once application submitted.

How to renew digital signature?

DSC renewal process is the same as the new DSC certificate application and requires fresh ID proofs and verification, you can download a new certificate in your old USB Tokens.we provide technical support for DSC download in your old token.

DSC renewal documents?

Documents for DSC renewal are same as new DSC application:

  • Pan card / Pan Number of applicant.
  • Adhaar card/address proof of the applicant.
  • Email id and Mobile no.
  • Organization Documents & Form ( If apply for organization DSC)
Can I use an old token for a new dsc?

Yes, if the USB token is as per CCA guidelines.
