Food License Registration Process

    • State License: For medium-sized businesses with an annual turnover between ₹12 lakh and ₹20 crore.
    • Central License: For large businesses with an annual turnover exceeding ₹20 crore or operating across multiple states.

    • Collect all necessary documents as listed above, including proof of identity, business registration, and FSMS plan.
  3. Apply Online:
    • Visit the FSSAI online portal and create an account.
    • Choose the appropriate license type and fill out the application form.

    • Pay the applicable fee based on the type of license and the size of the business. Payment can be made online through the FSSAI portal.
  5. Verification and Inspection:
