1. System Requirements for the GST Common Portal

How to register DSC on the GST Portal?

  1. Login to the GST Portal.
  2. Click on your username on the top right section of the page.
  3. From the dropdown, select Register/Update DSC link 
  4. First Download and install Emsigner utility on your system
  5. Attach your DSC Token 
  6. Open and start EmSigner utility.
  7. In Register/Update DSC select your PAN in the dropdown menu.
  8. Select the applicable option from the EmSigner utility.
  9.  Enter your password to authorize the registration.
  10.  your Digital Signature Certificate will be registered successfully on the GST Portal.
